What If Your Digital Twin Went to Work Instead of You?

For everyone who ever dreamed of working from home permanently — I have something interesting to share.

Some startups are working on what they call a Digital Twin.

Imagine: an exact digital version of you that does exactly what you do.

Answers your colleagues' questions for you. Sits in on meetings. Handles your tasks — with your specific expertise.

Basically, while it's running your workday, you could be napping, doing pilates, or watching the show you've been putting off.

Which is funny.

But also: if they don't delete this twin after using it — where does it end up?

What if the raise goes to it instead of you?

What if it gets promoted?
