Beyond the Abstract

Adaptation as a concept sounds good. But what does it actually mean day to day? How do you embed it into how you work?

Micro-Adaptation

It means: noticing what's changing around you. Asking "what does this mean for how I work?" Being willing to adjust your approach when the situation changes. Not rigidly holding onto "how we've always done it."

It's agility at the micro level. Every week, something changes. How do you respond?

Building the Habit

Weekly check-in: what changed this week in my role, my team, my industry? What's one way I need to adapt? How will I do it?

That's not overthinking. That's the practice that keeps you sharp. That keeps you relevant. That keeps you ahead of disruption instead of blindsided by it.

Adaptation isn't a destination. It's a practice.
